I heard about this a while ago,I thought this was another grant.
Its less about what was granted and more about knowing the likely use of funds.
Previous Club president pulled his own name out of car raffle for example.
Another club president exhorting club for advertising fees.
Decarbonisation a nice broad term. Repeat bicycle shed scenario springs to mind

I will say this, the names on some of these Sports Capital projects beg further investigation alright.
You could name them anything but the details is what you’ll get awarded on.
