Matters Regarding Limerick 🏙️

A disturbed individual alright. Suspected sentences is bollocks

A nutbag, and roaming around rural Limerick. Must say I laughed at this one though:

“The other message said: “I must have a hot bath” followed by a winky, thumbs up and love heart emoji.”

Whats the story with the limerick post going on subscription online? I want to see the good work @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy is doing for Limerick. Great idea. The tracks by rathbane is very bad for antisocial behaviour. Win win to reuse it

Judge Harney seems to have a serious issue with speeding fines. I’d say she must absolute lift it in her own car. After every sitting of Kilmallock court she’s lets people off speeding fines for fairly tenuous reasons.

She left one fella off because he’d travelled from Louth to plead his case.

A bit of judicial discretion is no harm

If you are within 10k of limit she’ll let you off it seems. She seems to apply her own “margin of error”

All depends on who is sitting. The previous judge in Clare used to grill the GoSafe operators about the margin of error. GoSafe then instructed the operators not to admit there was any margin, the operators didn’t want to be caught by the bollix by those particular judges and were avoiding the court dates like the plague

Its some bullshit, she is either looking to make a name for herself or doesn’t know what day of the week it is. Speeding is surely a pure strict liable matter.

Did she ask him how long it took to get down from Louth :eyes:
