She had a team of 8 or 9 walking around the estate the other night.
Sheâs up for it.
Willie & Quinlivan will walk it.
OâDonnell will probably get in even though I havenât heard sight nor sound of him since the last election.
Leddins seat very much up for grabs.
Frankie Daly will fancy it too though. Limerick is one of the places FF can really go after the second seat with Willie so untouchable they donât have to worry about splitting the vote
Weâll have to assume the top three will return and that Leddin will be gone down in popularity.
Hard to see Labour gaining ground so the final seat is between Dee Ryan and Frankie.
Willieâs vote has been waning since his poll topping days and he wonât carry Dee Ryan like he could have years ago. With that said Quinlivan wonât romp home like he did last time either, so thereâs plenty of votes to be won.
I think Frankie will sail home.
Heâs going to put enormous work inâŚ
Heard today that the Mayor is proposing a 4% increase in commercial rates. Absolutely âtone deafâ in a city and county where many businesses are barely keeping their head above water.
Galway City Council recently raised their rates by 15% which is even more bonkers.
Iâll stick up a video later on but itâs Christmas Day for the students in Limerick. The one I saw was a queue outside the Moose at 6.45 and it stretched up a good bit of the way towards the horse and hound. Mad stuffâ:beer:
