He didnāt?
Would imagine most bogballers are jealous of him.
He had a great game yesterday, one of the best corner backs in the business, without question.
Delighted with the form of Peter Harte this campaign, really looks to be finally fulfilling his potential, also great to see Ronan McNabb staying injury free and becoming a top class player.

I think Mattie Donnelly has forgiven him.
You think? Fuck off
Yes, word is Donnelly had to give his blessing to McCarron returning to the Tyrone squad.
āWord isā. āI thinkā.
Would you ever fuck off

You think Harte would have risked losing one of his star players without consulting him on the return of McCarron. I donāt know for sure but thatās the story that went around at the time and it makes perfect logical sense but if you want to cast doubt over it then fire ahead.
Emmett McKenna, Dwayne Quinn, Paddy McNiece and Shea McGuigan have left the Tyrone panel. No surprise really, McKenna and McNiece saw no action in the league and Quinn and McGuigan only saw limited action so probably for the best with all parties that they return to their clubs. McMahon returned on Sunday and Carlin is also back in training, not sure what the story is with PJ Quinn, he missed the start of the campaign through surgery but thereās been no word on whether he is on the panel or will return this season.
Iād expect Frank Burns and Kieran McGeary to join the panel after the u21 season concludes.
PJ Lavery has departed the panel now, unlike the other four lads this is a big surprise as he was seeing plenty of game time, although it was mainly off the bench.
He started the game against Monaghan and came off the bench in the rest of the league games so very odd he has opted to leave. Heās more of an impact player than a starter but he is a loss to the panel. With the current rate of departures I would imagine a good few of the U21 players will have to be drafted in now.
Think McAliskey might be the only Clonoe man left on the panel now as well with Quinn and Lavery gone and Mickey OāNeill looking like he may have left as well.
Shit is obviously hitting the fan over Hartes head.
Game over man.
Five players left after the league concluded, Lavery is the only real surprise as he was involved in all the games. McGuigan, McNeice and McKenna didnāt make any appearance in the league to my knowledge and Quinn only made one appearance against Cork so they were hardly surprising departures.

Did Clarke play any league? A quality ballboy if he gets injured again.
Played against Donegal, some nasty rumours circulating about Sean Cavanagh having picked up a serious knee injury.
Richie Donnelly and Niall Sludden are reported to have been added to the Tyrone squad. A lot of people would have wondered why they havenāt been there before now. Both members of the 2010 All Ireland winning minor side.
With the inevitable inclusion of a host of the U21 team after their final, thereās a possibility of a few shocks for the Tyrone team against Donegal.
McCurry and Donnelly would look to be the only certs named from 10 - 15.
Donegal game just two weeks away, hope the u21 victory yesterday gives some confidence around the county. Iād expect a lot of players involved in that side to now join up with the seniors - Bradley, McShane, Fox and Brennan have all seen either McKenna Cup or League action this year but Iād also expect the likes of Hampsey, McGeary, Burns, Kavanagh and McNulty to make the step up - possibly even the likes of Meyler, Cassidy and Lee Brennan as well but it may be a bit too soon for them this year.
The Donegal game is different to any other, Tyrone have really struggled badly in recent encounters and theyāll need to pick a very physical side. Iād like to see McBride at 6, he could possibly be his only appearance in the Championship today but Tyrone need a big physical presence who will hold the fort at 6, he does lack pace but given that Ballybofey is a very tight pitch and Tyrone defend in numbers anyway then it shouldnāt be too much of an issue. Iād go with Justy in midfield as he will give us some height there to compete with Donegal. Paudie McNulty had a good league campaign and would probably come back in straight after this game but he has a tendency to run into bother and that will only be exposed more against Donegal.
Iād throw McGeary straight in for his first senior action, very impressed with him in the u21s and think he physically looks capable for this level right now. Heās also got that but of spikeyness and in your face attitude that weāve been lacking with Hughes, Gormley and Ricey now all gone off the scene. He could possiby do a man marking job on Ryan McHugh as well. Weāll need to throw to play with good ball winners inside which is where Tyrone have struggled most with Donegal in recent years. Sean Cavanagh is a big doubt at the minute so if he doesnāt make it then it will open the door for the likes of Niall McKenna, Danny McNulty or Richie Donnelly. Iād imagine weāll only be playing with 2 inside, arguably 1 for a lot of the game so McShane, Donnelly and Cavanagh will probably all alternate this responsibility, McCurry will continue out in a deeper role.
If we were to start like that then it does give us some decent options on the bench with McMahon, Clarke, McAliskey, OāNeill, McNulty and Tierney etc. There will be significant changes in the panel since the league finished so Iād be expecting a few surprises.

Tyrone are the exact definition of anti sport
Itās not unusual for free state teams/media to go crying and bumping their gums after they have been bested by an Ulster side, weāve seen it time and time again. Yesterday was a good solid competitive game but as usual some people are buying into the misrepresentation of Tyrone and Ulster GAA, it wasnāt Tyrone who deliberately set out to target the oppositionās most influential player yesterday with McShane on the receiving end of kicks, stamps and frontal charges all game. Tyrone may have saw the game out with an element of cynicism but thatās what winners do - Dublin did ir in 2013 against Mayo and Kerry did it last year against Donegal but you wouldnāt hear this reported to the same level of hysteria if an Ulster team is involved.
Tyrone won because they were the better team yesterday, they dug deep when they had to and came up with the goods. The foul count at the fifty minute mark yesterday had Tipp well in front. Tyrone defended with great discipline in the scoring area and were harshly punished with a couple of harsh frees though we did get a few ourselves. In the first half Tipp actually made a habit of fouling from the front when Tyrone were bursting out with the ball from defence, the referee just played the advantage most of the time but it went unpunished. We scored 1-06 from play compared to Tippās 0-05 - we created the most chances and we took the most scores. 2 goal opportunities were blown and 10 wides racked up in the first half, Tyrone ended up making it very difficult at the conclusion. No doubt Tipp can feel hard done by at the end in what was a bizarre sequence of events but if they want to moan about that then they can be grateful that OāBrien wasnāt sent off after 20 minutes for two dismissal incidents that took place right in front of the referee.
The referee didnāt beat them.
Cynicism didnāt beat them.
Football beat them.
