I think boxty was including the posts made by puke and ball ox in their own private forum.

If you quote a post it gives the post number in it. The post I’m quoting now is 1000709. I’m presuming this is what confused Boxty.

I remember one time a certain cohort of members were involved in what some might call “rigging” a poll on here. The poster @treaty_exile inadvertently replied to the email notification he got about the PM. The contents of which went directly to Rocko.*

• This was seen as a big issue at the time but as it later transpired Rocko had been reading everyones PM’s all along so that one incident didn’t really matter.

To cut a long story short The Dunph’s main role as a moderator was to monitor PM’s and make sure nothing untoward was going on.

He then stumbled across a PM conversation between @Rocko[/USER] & [USER=9]@Bartosz Bereszynskiego[/USER] ripping the piss out of some poster (can’t remember who it was) and decided to air it in public. Obviously [USER=1]@Rocko[/USER] & [USER=9]@Bartosz Bereszynskiego were pissed off about this and had a right go at The Dunph. Things were never really the same between them and eventually The Dunph packed his bags and left. Somebody might be able to dig up the thread but it might be deleted
