Larry said he would leave the forum when he got an “all over red rover” wrong. That happened when Chelsea beat Barcelona. I think he was hoping more people would notice his absence as he has let it be known that he’d find it very hard to turn down a return for the forum if it’s what the membership wanted. Much like Gay Byrne’s stance on whether he’d run for President or not.

I agree. I had the pleasure of meeting Ben in person a few times some years back. Was a good contributor to the board. Not sure why he left but it’s a pity anyway.
