Mobile phones

Having practically signed a waiver to my soul, and started with Apple play a couple of weeks ago, I spent 4 days making a playlist, which then deleted itself. As a result, I now despise apple and all they represent, and the iPhone is going. I’ve been considering a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge, or a Sony Xperia as its waterproof, and apparently fairly robust. The phone is likely to get dropped and get rained on.
Any thoughts/advice would be most welcome.

Ah yes “deleted itself”.
If I had a euro for every time I’ve heard that one…

It probably took the developers ages to come up with a mechanism for the playlist deleting itself and to have that piece of code randomly trigger to a random group of people.

I like the S6 edge but no idea what prices are.

I want to sell my own iPhone as I have a work one. Once I cancel with provider, what do I need to do to sell it. Restore to factory settings? Will the phone be “unlocked” for the person I sell it to?

It is fucking terrible. Anyhow, whilst I am 100% confident that I deleted it myself inadvertently, it was easily done. In any case, some constructive advice would be helpful.

The cunts.

Friend of mine is a techie who works for Vodafone. He’s swapping his s6 edge for a HTC one m9 at the earliest opportunity. Says its awful to use

Anyone have the HTC ONE M8? Not really planning on shelling out for the M9 but like the look of the HTC’S. Upgrading from a Galaxy S4, wouldn’t touch an IPhone again, these Androids yokes are the business altogether

Galaxy Samsung S6 is a good phone. The oneplus one or whatever it’s called is superb.

Would it take a bit of abuse the oneplusone?

It would yeah, i’ve dropped mine a good few times and it’s not cracked it or anything. I have no protective case or anything like that. It’s a big enough unit though, you’d have to be ok with having a very big phone.

I’ve heard the Oneplus 2 isn’t as good and is missing a few features that are becoming standard on the other phones, no NFC or quick/wireless charging.

I’m actually looking for a big screen for browsing. Not quite phablet sized, but big. That why I like the Sony Xperia. Well that and the waterproofing.
I’d only consider a oneplusone in any case. I heard the plus two was worse alright. The edge seems to be not all that.

the missus has an xperia. Serious battery life on it. shee likes it, thought the screen would be massive, but was used to it pretty quickly.

I like the massive screen, and the fact that it’s a great solid slab of a yoke. I think I’ll get a z3.

I’ve the xperia compact and would recommend it

Vodafone are offering me 2 years of sky sports mobile TV with a new phone. Will I be able to cast the sky sports to the TV with chrome cast if I get this?

Depends on how tech savvy you are, mate.
