:astonished:

[quote=“Bandage, post:17, topic:23177, full:true”]What viable midfield options do we have apart from Whelan and Hoolahan? Assuming Long just had a touch of cramp at the end, we might be looking at this:

Randolph;
Coleman, Duffy, Clark, Ward;
Whelan, McCarthy;
Walters, Hoolahan, McClean;
Long.

This is the starting team, just announced.

Hennessey has to be very alert to make a good save.

Georgia look threatening on the break, Bale is always dangerous though.

Mchedlidze misses an unbelievable chance, put through one-on-one with Hennessey.

Shocking miss :cry:

Georgia off the fucking bar!!! Fuuuck

Great result for Ireland to beat Georgia.

Hal Robson-Kanu possibly should have scored there.

Looks like Georgia are starting to sit back and hold for the draw. They had Wales seriously rattled though.

Davies makes a big block, looked like the Georgian striker had muscled his way through.

That’s a nice little result for us.

Great result for us, could have been even better though.

But we’ll take it. Let’s do the business against Moldova now.

Wales looked bolloxed. No midfield for the last 20 minutes.

But but but Dunphy Sadler and juhy assured us Georgia are a push over

They did take off two central midfielders and replace them with more attacking players. Not sure it was the right call by Coleman, Georgia were already exposing them in the pockets in front of the defence.

Moldova are shit. We’ll win 3-0. Long x 2, Walters

Held Croatia 0-0 at home last year.

Ionita is a decent player for them but he’s unavailable tonight.

It’s not up for debate. I’m telling you the result.

Given the massive result in Cardiff, we’re guaranteed to fuck it up and take an "excellent away point "

Richard Sadlier is such an arsehole.

“No matter what sequence of results Georgia get from now on it doesn’t excuse the performance of the Irish players the other night.”
