It has been confirmed to RT SPORT that ‘Castle Forbes Maike’ ridden by the world number four Jessica Kuerten has tested positive for a banned substance after an event in La Baule, France in May of this year.

Speculation had been circulating over the last 48 hours regarding the test. It has been confirmed, however, no comment is being made by her manager Ecchard Kuerten on Friday.

It’s believed that this is the result of the ‘A’ Sample and that the ‘B’ Sample will be tested to confirm or deny the findings.

Kuerten, earlier on Friday qualified for Sunday’s Individual Final in Mannheim, Germany while partnering ‘Castle Forbes Libertina’.

These horses really don’t have any conscience.

I can’t believe what they’ve done to Cian O’Connor and now Jessica.

Awful news.

Jessica Kuerten just going nuts on OB Sport on RTE2 there.

‘There’s a pack of assholes in Ireland. I never doped my horse and I’ll prove it,’ she roared while wagging her finger as her horse was rolling up in the background behind her.
