Judge strongly criticised the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement. Wonder if anything will be said to the politicians who deliberately weakened that office since its creation.
The legal system in this country has a lot to answer for. People thrown into prison for the non payment of TV licences, malingering scumbags getting ten of thousands in payouts for innocuous scratches and falls in the compo culture payout and now a banker who almost single handedly bankrupt the country walks free from court.
