Moretti

Does anyone reckon the dapper lad on the moretti bottle has Coronavirus?

Good question.

I think without the benefit of seeing a test it’s hard to truly tell – but all the signs point that way alright.

I’ve wiped the bottle down in case

Well since Im not sure imma gonna stick to peroni for now

Always saw Perroni and Morretti as pure marketing gimmick. The Italians are known for quality booze in the form of wine alright but when were they ever viewed as good beer makers? Authentic lager since 1859? Bollocks

Wash your mouth out.

With well marketed Italian pish…

They’re both lovely beers and better than most of that craft stuff which some lad had brewing in a dirty barrel in a damp shed

Wannabe heinekens with tonne of marketing poured into them is all they are.

You’ve won this thread pal. Won it well.

Italians have lovely beer.

The morretti is one of the nicest beers I have had

La dolce vita

I think theres a moral obligation on us all to drink these Italian beers and try help out these poor fuckin bastards.

It’s diluted Heineken wearing an Italian hat. Even owned by Heineken.

Moretti is a lot nicer than Heineken. You can drink more than a couple of them as well I find unlike Peroni which can taste very sugary.

Whatever works pal, I’m only ball hopping. Grand beers.

An Italian lad once told me (bc- before coronovirus ) that peroni was a cheap beer that was drank by Roma gypsys in Italy. Some superb marketing to get €6+ per pint here for it, has anyone drank Aldi’s version of peroni, it’s called Rossini and is a lot nicer for 1/2 the price

Roma gyppos aren’t actually from Romany.
