First Celtic game Iāve watched in ages, very impressive in fairness, but the amount of chances being missed here is phenomenal, whatās up with this Guidetti fella, I take it heās not always this bad?
Iāve been impressed with Tonev when he has got opportunities of late.
Nah, heās generally excellent. Just having a rotten day in front of goal where heās normally clinical. This is just a combination of really bad luck and some very timid finishing.
His all round game has been very good today, had a great goal ruled out, laid off some lovely balls and shown clever movement. His finishing has let him down though.
Scepovic for Forrest. Good game for Forrest. Missed a couple of chances but good direct running.
Yeah, he seems to have something about him in fairness.
Should be 1-1.
Oh Christ. That was appalling. Ambrose absolutely asleep. What was he doing wandering away in front of the front post when heās the right sided centre back? Diabolical header anyway.
Second dive from that Erwin lad.
Thought Johansen was our best player today. Twardzik might have been the best on the pitch, though many of his saves were fortunate.
Pity we couldnāt close it out more emphatically. Created a massive number of chances (that weāve been generally efficient at converting) so itās not hugely concerning and the performance was a big improvement on earlier this season and weāve had a few of those recently where weāve threatened to break out and score a hatful.
That Erwin lad missed a sitter for them and had two dives but he had a bit of presence about him for a youngster. Worth keeping an eye on.
Ronny celebrating in front of the away fans again. Great to see his passion.
Tell me this @Rocko, as you may or may not know, I lived in Glasgow for nearly 4 years, and am completely in two minds about the old firm. On balance, I think I wish rangers had disappeared off the face of the planet, and feel the SPL and Glasgow in general is probably better off without them. Certainly the air seems a bit cleaner, and whilst if I still lived there, I would probably have family season tickets, I wouldnāt bring kids anywhere near an old firm game, and would have reservations about introducing them anywhere near the bigotry and danger of it all. (I was there around the time of the mark Scott tragedy, and the aftermath, at a time when society, the police and the refereeing fraternity seemed to lean toward ibrox). But, there is no doubt the old firm had a frisson I have never experienced elsewhere. The manc derby is not in the ballpark, nor the Liverpool one at least.
Anyway, my question is, given all this, would you prefer sevco were back in SPL?
A little frustrating watching all those second half chances being missed but some great football was played. The fast, one-touch combination play to cut them open time after time was really excellent.
Nah fuck Rangers a horrible disgusting club
Was over for the game yesterday, still in recovery mode here. Thought for the first 70 mins or so we were very impressive, when it clicks it is very effective and you can see what Ronny is trying. Johansen for me was the clear MOM, on another day Guidetti would have had 3 or 4 but we are entitled to a bad day. Sloppy to not finish it off and allow the ma couple of chances at the end but overall another good win

Rangers died so no concern there. The tribute act are a complete joke from top to bottom who with the MSM try to push the same club myth, they are though a brand new club that do however carry over some of the nasty traits of the oldcoās support and are by all respect more bitter and dangerous than before. I certainly donāt miss the oldco, I do miss beating them but that wasnāt worth the hassle that they brought with them
I think Iād agree with this.
