Decent save by Bain there after Celtic switched off at a defensive freekick. A very obvious dive to “earn” the freekick of course.
A lot of moves breaking down with Yang or Hatate. Yang is raw & a bit erratic, while Hatate could still be rusty but he’s too casual at the same time.

Yeah thought we did ok for most of that half without actually creating much. But Yang hasn’t really done well with a few balls into space for him and looks a little tentative after losing out a few times. Hatate hasn’t really settled earlier. One or two nice touches but a bit wasteful still.
Missing a winger like Jota who has technical ability & knows when to pass it, dribble etc. Maeda is like a more polished & harder working version of Yang. But both their games are based around running & working & they lack some guile. It’s a little predictable at the moment & not helped by slackness from Hatate in particular too. No need to panic yet.
Forrest for Yang. Not surprised to see Yang taken off but, even with Abada injured, it seems a bit of a retrograde step to see Forrest getting game time. Think Palma is on the bench.
Run a bit down the wing, cut inside, and either misplace a pass or get tackled. Rinse and repeat.
Has he not given a foul on the keeper?
