Munster, celtic league, heineken cup, general and tag rugby thread šŸ

good man puke.
stitch it into the fcukers.

Do people go on about beating the Harlem Globetrotters like this? Iā€™m going to the match tomorrow night, but Iā€™m under no illusions that this is anything but an exhibition. People that go on about 1978, yes, great display, homework done, plan executed, but come on, the All Blacks were more interested in getting blocked in Bunratty than playing rugby

how dare you say such a thing about these professional playersā€¦I am surprised at you Clareman

Thank you Clareman. Finally some sense. And if Munster go out and beat a second string hungover All Blacks team weā€™ll hear about it for another 30 years

you better fucking believe it:D

No they werenā€™t, the were amatuers.

It was a great result, it does great things to stir up the whole legend of Munster, but donā€™t fool yourself, Munster isnā€™t all that, up to 10 years ago most Limerick people wouldnā€™t go to see Munster play cause of the inter-city rivaleries, most players wouldnā€™t give it their all, as for the want of tickets, if you want to see Munster play in any match, youā€™ll get a ticket, imvho TP is going to turn into a massive white elephant when the wheels come off, in fact, leaving Queen John out of it, itā€™s proberly only going to be filled twice a year, maybe three times

Jesus i wasnā€™t too far offā€¦Melckā€™s contract must be up soā€¦good to see ronan start at opensideā€¦he plenty of ability and is a natural 7ā€¦reckon Barry Murphy will have too much physically for rococokoā€¦I am a huge fan of coughlan as well and delighted to see him get the run, he has certainly paid his duesā€¦

Bit short on backsā€¦

Not a bad teamā€¦ surprised Buckley is on the bench, must have no other fit professional propsā€¦

Also it intimates that Flannery is starting against the Argies.

Whatā€™s the point in playing Melck? Might as well give game time to someone thatā€™s going to be around in the New Year in a nothing match. Flannery has been involved in 2 games now, heā€™ll definetly get some game time next Saturday.

I guess the team almost picks itself, the 3 Kiwiā€™s want to play Iā€™m sure, everyone else is pretty much the only player left in their position, Iā€™m looking forward to seeing Howlett full back, I always thought this is his best position

Very busy in work but couldnt let that go!!! Are you fucking shitting me puke

I am indeed Dan;)ā€¦

Pity that Anthony Horgan isnt playing, he could really have exploited Hosea Gear for pace.

the munster crowd could be the difference in this one

no problems with ronan playing, i think heā€™s improved since moving south.

2nd row iā€™m not so sure about.

have my ticket, leaving the pale tomorrow.
doubt very much if the ABs have touched a drop of anything worse than powerade this week, thereā€™s still a grand slam to complete.

never a truer word saidā€¦Donā€™t think Donald will be used to the deafening silence when he is kicking and with warwick launching garryowens all day the crowd will unnerve the All Blacks

TFK meetup in the East Stand before kick off anyone?

I am a staunch Shannon club house man myselfā€¦

Fair enough, anytime I get to a match I always prefer to get into the ground

:Dā€¦Hard to beat the craic in the club houseā€¦Have you been in the Bohs bar yet Claremanā€¦might take a wonder over there tuesday night for a look see, I hear it is supposed to be the jobā€¦
