Having faced Galway and Cork this year, Limerick should be wise to Tipp’s diving antics.
Is there a max amount of players that can be sin-binned?
No. There was a rule in football, prior to the introduction of the sin-bin, that the first three players to receive black cards could be replaced by a substitute.
The 10-minute binning has done away with all that.
Will Paudie be minding the house or is he moving to assisted living?
You’d imagine this will follow the same pattern as the last 2 games and Limerick will win by 8-10 points
Going on watching Sheedy the other day JK will have to watch his back on the sideline. Sheedy will bate a bucket off of Kiely’s pole if there’s any controversy. It’s going to be a battle royale.
I didn’t see the Limerick game at all the other night but if Morrissey and Hegarty’s form has tailed off like what’s being said then Tipp might keep it to about 5 points this time.
I wouldn’t surprised to see Tipp win this one. Big pressure on Limerick to do 3 Munsters in a row. Tipp will be baulking at that. Plus Limericks dominance over them in recent years will have them hepped up to the nines. It’ll be very close.
Tipp hurled like demons against us in the league match. Sheedy hopping around the sideline like his life depended on it. Came close to beating us I suppose. One thing I’ve noticed about this Limerick side though, in championship at least, is that they dont have back to back “off days”. Last Saturday was an off day. I don’t think Kiely/Kinnerk will allow it to happen again.

It’s going to be war. Tipp skin and bone, Limerick nuts and bolts all over Cork. A little fine tuning done on a certain number of boys since the last day should see us past Tipp.

In public, tipperary are downplaying their changes. But they are eyeing an ambush and we can expect a big performance from tipperary on Sunday.
Baring limerick have a serious off day/ their miserable disciplinary record bites them on the bollix. I can’t see anything other than a sham win. There won’t be a cow knifed this Sunday in the island field, moyross and southhill.
