I said it last August, they need to get the likes of Quaid, Hannon, Mulcahy and co in there to give motivational talks. Lads who know what it takes to win.

Difficult for Munster to compete against the elite coterie of super franchises like Saracens. Getting to the semi final of the European Cup as you said is an amazing achievement.
