Munster can’t develop front rows because of central contracts?
Central contracts have been around since professionalism started, that didn’t stop Leinster producing 5 of the 6 front rows in the 23 yesterday or 8 of the 9 in the wider Ireland squad.
Munster had years of centrally contracted front rows like Hayes, Horan, Flannery etc. it didn’t stop Leinster from producing their own, in fact it probably spurred them on.
