Munster Semi-final Clare Vs Cork

Not much talk about this game yet. Have Cork any chance? the loss of Cronin, Mcloughlin and Paudie are a big loss. Clare are extremely quiet, after beating Cork 3 times this year, Clare must be well worth their favourites tag. Still hopefull though:cool:

With each passing Cork injury the burden if expectancy grows exponentially on Clare shoulders. Limerick beating Tipp ups the ante even further.Suddenly its become a game Clare can’t afford to lose.

Cork are playing this one wonderfully.

Foregone conclusion unfortunately.

what are you on about you muppet? everyone knows that cronin will start. Typical mind games by JBM and the cork crew - trying to make everyone think that they are decimated with injuries. bullshit of the highest order.

Clare are a terrible team and it’ll be a walk in the park for Cork. Did this one really need its own thread?

Clare will shit themselves.

Should be a decent game, write JBM and Cork off at your peril. Horgan, Lehane and O’Farrell alone can come up with the scores needed, that’s without even thinking of the other forwards and midfielders who can chip in.

Very little coming out of either camp. All the pressure on Clare coming into this, they should have enough to win it but wouldn’t be shocked to see Cork win either. Won’t be punting on this one.

Turenne Cork club hurling is streets ahead of Limerick club hurling yet Limerick are in a Munster final. To say that Cork have no chance is laughable.

My bad Jimmy, wasn’t aware club hurling - which is shit in Cork - meant anything at an inter-county hurling level.

Streets ahead?

Not really. Maybe at junior/intermediate, not senior.

Yeb, Effin, Bruree, Knockainey, Granagh Ballingarry, Garryspillane, Hospital, South Liberties would be all under pressure to win Intermediate A in Cork. Limerick over achieve considering the standard of clubs they have to pick from.

Shit compared to what Turenne? You said you were at the Barrs and Glen which maybe was rubbish but a lot of the other games were decent.

Cork leading 1-18 to 1-9.

And what’s the yardstick for measuring this, Jim?

I go to dozens of club matches per year at all level. Senior hurling in Cork is mediocre. Our performances at Munster level proves this.
