Got the score wrong twice
It looked like he was around 2 or 3 yards back from Reidy, saw an opportunity to run into him / dunt him with a shoulder from behind and leave a little mark. But as he went to plant the shoulder, Reidy turned around and Byrnes ended up winding himself.

Duignan has as well. They’re awful.
You can clearly see Reidy use the bas when jabbing into Condon… well deserved red.
He’s just back from commentating on Spain-Portugal in the cupboard on Friday night. Give him a break.

Gets away with a lot of fouling
His best was when Duggan pointed a free to put Clare 11-7 up and he confidently announced it as a Limerick free and the score 10-8. An absolute clown.

Waterford deserve immense credit for turning up and putting in a professional performance this week. Derek McGrath is undoubtedly still the man to lead them forward.
However.
If I didn’t know Cork people any better, I’d suggest that Cork are pulling a fast one here to try and make sure they avoid being in the same half of the draw as Galway.

It’s been happening since the start of the championship with all RTÉ commentary teams across both codes. Constantly reading out the incorrect score or saying the gap is “x” when it’s “y”. Basic errors all the time.

He does… like the 65 Clare were given near the end where he just drove Casey over the line with both hands.
