He spoke to Colm Lyons by mic, he was the linesman on the open stand side very close to where I was sitting. I like Lyons but very strange input to see that as a yellow.
I just rate Cahill more highly as a coach. Very much a success with Tipp minors/U20/U21 and did a good job in Waterford overall. Shefflin hasn’t really won a game of note with Galway yet bar last years quarter-final when Cork hit a plethora of wides. Like you say though they have always been within touching distance against Limerick. Even under Shane O’ Neill in 2020 they gave it a good rattle and lost by about 3.
Shane O’Neill had them flying it for the first 20 against kk in Winter Championship. Moving the ball around beautifully. He is worth another crack inter county somewhere.
I just got the impression with henry yesterday, he didn’t even want to be there. Tipp could give them a bit of a hiding. If they do, that’s that
Its the worst Tipp team I’ve ever seen but they will beat Offaly well on Saturday and set up a humdinger with Galway.
That should be the game of the year as despite both teams being miles and miles back on a few years ago, they will at least go out and hurl away in the traditional sense. Tipp will need goals to win and they could well get them with our snipers in Cooper Helmets like Forde and Morris back in action. Murphy in goals is low on confidence too. Its a huge mistake though not bringing back Bubbles as he could be the difference in a game like that.
Win that and its Limerick on a Saturday evening in Croker. We’ll beat them. Then Kilkenny in a Final and we have their number now too…
Its on.
Will ye retain it next year?

Who cares?
Will ye bring the cup to Carrick?
A proud hurling county like Tipp are crying out for a team worthy of being in the top half of Brehony’s best hurling teams of the millennium.
The months break now is huge for Limerick to let the injuries heal up and recharge the batteries.
It was a massive slip up by Tipperary to let us back into the Munster final.
An extra game and no prolonged break would have been far from ideal for Limerick.
Did you go drinking at all yesterday?
You gave the whole day posting on here
Time to lock the thread on the greatest and most talked about munster championship of all time.
5 in a row limerick join cork as the only county to achieve that feat.
Further glory awaits but for 2023, munster is over.
We are already looking ahead to the double.
Split season me bollix.
We’d have savage respect for Cork and their multiple 5-in-a-row sides.
The mutual respect that winners afford each other.
It’s massive and badly needed. By my reckoning all the following have knocks or injuries
Casey x 2
Lynch
Hayes
Hannon
Cathal O’Neill
Gillane
WOD is only getting right as well so the break will be good for him.
Obviously Finn is a long term injury too.
The mileage is catching up, hopefully a 4 week break to refresh will do them the World of good.
It’s a huge advantage to Galway and Kilkenny who really have only had to peak for now.
Triple surely.
A double double.
Is Lynch gone for the season or just long term fucked at the moment?
