The Limerick crowd would sicken your shit.

Maybe not for Munster, Tipp will be well able for them early in the summer,
With an unusual preseason I think Limerick will peak later in the summer,
Tipp for Munster, Limerick for the main prize

An injury time point got Galway into the AI final in 2017. They beat the AI champions in the process.

I’d give Tipp a chance of doing something, but it might end up in an All Ireland defeat (like a 2014 kind of season). Be interesting to see if a few more from the two-in-a-row AI 20s/21s make the step up, but they weren’t exactly teams littered with superstars either. Summer hurling will suit Tipp. Best thing that could happen for them is for someone else to do the dirty work and knock out Limerick.

Cork have been working away and a good few of the u21/0s from last few years are being worked hard. They’ll take beating.

Limerick
Waterford
Tipp
Cork
Clare

In that order. Wouldn’t be a pile between the middle three though.

I heard it from a good source that this whole Clare civil war thing is a smokescreen. They’re beyond in the long grass in their CoE.

Cork are flying in training.

I’d agree. Lads are underestimating Tipp. They have a very good group of young players coming through. I think they’re the 2nd best team in the country after Limerick. They’d have beaten Galway in the quarter-final but for that red card last year in my opinion.

Indeed

There’s nothing between any of the Munster teams on a given day, they all can beat each other. Yes Limerick are leading the pack but I’m sure any of the four other teams would fancy their chances.
As for Leinster, Galway are ahead of Kilkenny and Wexford. I can’t see KK or WX having much of an impact this year, Dublin, Laois etc behind these again.

Are you saying that they havent even cut the grass back there

I don’t think they have a mower

Fundraiser again so

Debatable. Galway had come from 6 points down to only 1 down after the free from the foul that led to the red card. Tipp actually raised it in the 10+ minutes or so after the red but they were being reeled in before that. The red actually seemed to wake them up a bit if anything. They might have won it without the red but far from a sure thing. Think it would have been another tight finish either way.

Bar maybe Limerick, I dont think you can fancy or write off any team based on last year. You can argue the fact that Limerick have the most settled team/panel in the country but sometimes when you reckon you’re on a shot to nothing, strange things can happen. On that basis, I’d give any one of the teams a decent chance

Cork will walk all over the cunts

Sorry, you’re right. Still don’t think Tipp were quite at the same level as they were in 2016 but yes.

The hurling Tipp played in 16 with the long diagonals into Callanan and the runners off him was lovely in fairness. Killer forwards.

I’d expect Clare to beat Waterford. We will then get a qualifier against Westmeath, then Cork or Wexford, a quarter final against beaten Leinster finalists Kilkenny, a win there in extra time, Galway next before we face the mighty Limerick once more in the final.
