Yeah, better win by 4 and know they have a lot to improve on for next week rather than win by 14 and thinking they have it made.
Very poor spectacle, blighted by poor wides and decision making. Still nice to see a Clare team hitting hard in the tackle, harrying and sending Waterford players backwards.
Shanagher did an awful lot of work. Made run after run only to be ignored and watch the ball sail 30 yards over his head and wide.
The bit I saw of the game, I havenāt seen Waterford under Cahill with such little energy and intensity.
