Trouble Will Find Me is their peak and their best (imho).
I enjoyed it - ‘I need my girl’ etc - But Think i was over them by then tho as I had seen them live 3 / 4 times.
Boxer is an excellent album.
Alligator has good moments.
Wouldn’t be bothered with the rest.
Never really dug them.
He strikes me as a right prick and a reason I would turn away from them.
The Dessner brothers are excellent musicians.

New album from Colm Mac Coniomaire is very good.
The album Designer by Aldous Harding is a super record.
Didn’t get great reviews but I like the new Flying Lotus record Flamagra.
The Narional has some great tracks but it is rather bloated. The best vocals are from the female guests as well.
82 on meta. Thats pretty good, if not great.

Listening to the new record from Colm Mac Con Iomaire here, the River Holds it’s Breath. It’s very good. Bits of it put me in mind of the Penguin Cafe Orchestra bits of it put me in mind of Arvo Part. Both of these things are good things by the way.
