Armagh will be very happy with that league campaign. Theyāve lost an awful lot of players from last year so to go up while introducing a lot of new players is a good achievement.

Itās great to see Kevin Dyas back after all his injury problems (hardly played since 2014), however Iām not sure if this was just a farewell appearance as he didnāt seem to move freely at all.

āFrom my perspective, it is far too long since we won a trophy and although it is Division 4, it is important to get silverware and it is important for the group of young players in there to come to Croke Park and win.
āIt goes back to 2003 since I won a medal with Laois. So it is significant and a lot of the Laois players had never played a game in Croke Park before.
āThere are no different rules for me. I was straight back in the first day of pre-season and anything the 18-year-old are doing, Iām doing.
āThe important thing is minding yourself outside of training and Iām lucky that I can do that.
āToday isnāt about me, it is about Laois and the whole group.
āI didnāt get to finish the game there was young legs coming on and I think that is where we are fortunate at the moment that we have a nice blend of players.
āSome that are coming to the end of their career, and some who are just starting.

Cavan have few players who can shoot and Roscommon are awful defensively. Cavan will need more goals to win.
