I think if Sewell the tackle out of Oregan is there at 5 they take him, he is being touted as a perennial pro bowl tackle, if not then they will go with a one of the three WRs or Pitt the TE from Florida as they are all blue chip players and worthy of the 5th pick rather than a solid tackle or guard which they could pick up in the 2nd or 3rd round or trade back and then take a tackle later in the first.
I’m giving the nod to OS to pull off the upset here.
On Bama -9 and under 74.5 points
Ohio State doing really well after losing RB Serman on the first drive. 14-14 still early on the second.
Another targeting call, Alabama safety ejected.
Devonta Smith is destroying Ohio State.
Unreal stuff from Smith, he looks like he’s 150 lbs soaking wet
Back to 14 points, if OS can get a stop it could get interesting.
Smith out with a finger injury, Waddle hobbling around.
College football playoffs are proper score fests these days. Last year’s LSU and this year’s Bama great to watch. As a Georgia Bulldogs man it pains me to see this
Has Mac Jones propelled himself into the mix for a first round pick? Could he go in the top half? Plenty of QB needy teams in the early/mid teens and I’d expect Lawrence/Fields/Wilson all to be gone by the 6th pick.
JTD to Georgie Pickens will be a lethal combination next fall.
I’d say he’s done enough for the back half of the 1st. Lack of mobility a clear drawback in the modern offense. He’s had a remarkable season, considering many tipped incoming freshman Bryce Young to usurp him in 2020. Steelers would be an interesting landing spot. Colts perhaps.
Definitely lands in Pittsburgh now. The natural heir
He got fine for drink driving too didn’t he. Those kind of things see your draft stock plummet.
