LOI despite what its supporters say is not a good product. Standard is below vauxhall conference for me yet youd have its supporters saying Rovers and Dundalk would be top half League 1 and SPL. Absolute rubbish.

A lot of county finals attract attendances in excess of the largest single attendance at a League of Ireland match.
Average crowds of around the 2,000 mark for the flagship domestic soccer league are pitiful. No interest among so called Eire soccer types.
I’d agree with this, but it’s still a false equivalence.
A junior club championship hurling match in Cork would draw 300 people roughly. A junior cup soccer match in Cork might draw 30 people. Huge difference in support levels

He said something on the radio about Marcus smith wearing fake tan.
If memory serves me correct it all seemed like a bit of a misunderstanding on Franno’s part but the permanently outraged/politically correct crowd weren’t going to rest until he was hounded out of his job.
