Netflix

My word. What an ending.

Doron, Steve, Eli, Nurit, Sagi :clap:

I really want to visit Israel and Gaza City after watching this show. Hope they make another series but then again it might be better to go out on a high rather than dragging it on too long.

The amount of lads talking basketball and Jordan now and acting like they remember watching him back in day is absolutely pathetic… Fcuk all of it was on TV back then.eveeyone knew who he was alright and that Chicago bulls were winning alright but fcuk all cared to watch his exploits until this Netflix documentary…

I played it in school and the teacher that coached it had loads of NBA magazines but that was it. We had John Stockton from Utah Jazz over for a summer camp one year. There might have been a bit of channel 4 or mtv but that was it. But the Jordan runners were a huge thing. Every fucker wanted them.

Didn’t even read the tweet tbh, more the video. Anyone who thinks they’re like Jordan is unhinged, he’s nuts.

You mean Americans?

How is he unhinged? He talks complete sense the entire time, whether you agree or like him is another story but he’s the complete opposite of unhinged

Spent the summer in the US in 97 and we were glued to the final I’d say three games of the NBA finals at the start of June. Bulls beat the Jazz. It was exciting to watch and was on terrestrial TV too, could have been nbc had it. Jordan was class but so too Pippen. Stockdale ran the show for the Jazz.

Did he ever recognise the camp’s teachings in helping him achieve his success?

I watched Midnight Run on Netflix.

A film from the 80s I hadn’t seen before. Bob De Niro is a bounty hunter trying to bring in an accountant for the mob to turn state’s witness. It was a very enjoyable showing, the guy who played the accountant gave an excellent performance as did the other bounty hunter ā€œMarvā€. Ralphie Cifaretto makes an appearance but was only recongnisable by his voice for me.

A solid 8 on 10.

Charles Grodin I think. Very good film.

He’s very good.

He’s got a recognisable face but I can’t recall him in anything else.

I suppose I’ll check his wikipedia now.
