It’s decent. Bit slow in parts but final 2 episodes were very good, had me in stitches.
Soundtrack very good too.
There’s a movie called Gook that addresses similar themes from the Korean community, brilliant and funny film worth a look

Just watched it. Some great shots. A mad creature. 
The Nurse is a very decent show.
There’s a touch of Lassie and Skippy off that one.
If you haven’t watched it, Chimp Empire is a great 4 part doc on two rival chimpanzee communities going at it in Uganda. The politics and intrigue is off the charts. A solid 9/10.

If you have any commute or go for a walk audiobooks are a great way to get back into books.
My Father’s House by Joseph O’Connor is a good starting point
