Only being on the forum for a short while. Don’t like the colours at the moment. Much rathered the old colours. When will they change and what will they go to. I find it hard also to tell when somebody is quoting somebody else. Mabye it will take a bit longer to get used to but purely on colour I don’t like it.
It seems to be working now Rock. Im seeing the new alright, no star though. Also if I logout and log back in it tells me theres eg. 126 unread posts???
yeah i think its just the colour that i dont like also. Prob get used to it.

Some quick answers:
Colour scheme will change over the weekend. Might be tonight, might be Sunday but it depends on what time I have and how long it takes. It should hopefully sort out some of the problems around clarity of quotes and just fill in some of the white spaces that are a bit bright on the eyes.
There is some sort of issue with marking forums read etc. I’m not looking into it at the moment because I’m changing the whole user management system first which might affect the problem in a different way.
I’ll look into the avatar issue as well Gerry but I’d guess it might be an issue to do with the size of your picture - either in dimensions or kbs.
is it possible to have the forum updating every minute or so without pressing the refresh button? similar to the function on paddypower site. would be a great addition if possible.
I don’t think that’s possible Piper - I’ll look into it but I’ve never seen that function on a forum.

It got split on the changeover so there is the thread is now in two parts and you’re just seeing the second part on the front page. I’ll try and merge them back later.
Video embedding is back up and running.
I haven’t had time to make or find buttons for it yet but for the moment to include a video then use the following tags:
VIDEO ID
VIDEO ID
with square brackets ("[]") instead of pointy brackets.

That’s pretty much done now. Needs some small bits of tinkering but it’s nearly there.
