The 1B syndrome. Galway next in line to fall into the abyss.
Wexford will be back with us for 2019
I think we should do a spell in 1A in 2019 just to spice things up. Or 2A.
29 years and counting
Whatâs this now?
Antrim back up to 1B.
BumpâŚ
I heard the Wexford team gone for the week to Portugal training ?
Over the last few years that was usually the death knell in Clareâs seasonâŚ
A week running your bollix off in the heat during the day and sipping Miwadi at night. Crock of shit.
Is it not a strange enough time to go? surely a lot of lads would be in exams.
Always wondered about them training weeks, do county board cover any loss of potential earnings or just in general expecting lads working to use up their annual leave for training.
Intercounty players donât work
This is a massive snub to the round robin teams. I expect this to be stuck up on the dressing room wall of their eventual opponents.
Donât forget the biscuits.
Trust me on this one, pal. This isnât meant as any disrespect to the round robin teams. Our progression to the league semi-final along with our status as a dual* county and the necessity to run off 2 (two) rounds of the club football championship and 1 (one) round of the hurling before the intercounty championship started impacted on plans. It essentially served to leave us with a later than ideal date for the training camp.
Either way we needed to do a second pre-season to peak for late July and into August and weâre not worried about arriving into Croke Park for the All-Ireland semi-final via Leinster or the qualifiers. Davy has explained to us that it means weâre taking a gamble against the round robin opponents and weâll take our hats off to them if they defeat us in 2 weeks.
*duel if you read Hogan Stand.
Is that thing still running?
How do you see Laois going the weekend?
They might as well get Ollie to tog out for them.
Weâre gonna flake them Kerry cunts.
Yes, the All Ireland Hurling Championship is still running. [quote=âFlakeAway, post:838, topic:23811, full:trueâ]

Ollie never feared togging out.
