Stealing a living doing fuck all, producing nothing, growing nothing, preying on the fear of those that do.
No wonder he’s an inspiration to accountants everywhere.

Some thoughts from Bressie to take us into the weekend.

Top five tips to support a positive mental outlook:

Environment: Wherever we go, there we are – Jon Kabat-Zinn. Engage in positive conversation and avoid being hurtful or gossiping about others. Remove yourself from conversations where people are giving out about others.

Self-compassion: Be kind and gentle to yourself. Doing something nice for yourself or someone else releases serotonin in the brain, which helps support a positive outlook.

Gratitude: The quality of being thankful and a readiness to show appreciation for, and to return, kindness. Start the day with a thank you, and find the opportunity to be thankful for small events, and big events, during the day.

Be non-judgemental: Be curious, not judgemental - Walt Whitman. Try not to pass judgement –instead, explore and try to understand where others are coming from. We don’t know what others are going through. Understanding will help to connect with others.

Mindfulness meditation: Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose in the present moment, and non-judgementally - Jon Kabat-Zinn. Focus on one action during the day, every day, and notice how mindfully paying attention changes the experience of the action.

There must be a huge crossover between those who read Joe.ie and those who bought Bressie’s book.

He told ye to jerk off more. Some man,

He should be landing in Lanzarote shortly for his Christmas ironman training.

@HBV - do you reckon he’d join us for scoops?

Met him in Costa teguise last year my missus was a all over him, sound man

After following Enda McNulty for a week, I think Bressie is a ripoff.

“All money raised is going to promote mental health”
Nicely vague wording.

Can someone identify his first mention of his “condition” and whether he described it as

"an utterly dominant anxiety disorder that seemed hell-bent on robbing me of my character and personality at every available opportunity.
“Crippling insomnia, harrowing panic attacks and incomprehensible self-harm dictated my life, all disguised behind a mask of normality that polarised the general lazy stereotype or label we associate with those with a mental health illness.
