What do I have to do on instagram?

Find a niche, become a subject matter expert in that niche, blog daily, bring out a podcast, bring out a coaching course and use instagram to brand the shit of it.

Every 3rd post on instagram should be a quote from Napoleon Hill or Zig Ziegler.

I just had a look. It’s cunts taking pictures of themselves… Is that all it is? More horse shit from generation me. Narcissism is through the roof with these social media sites.

Yep, and mainstream media in Ireland buy into this nonsense unquestioningly.

A lot of z listers who didn’t hack it in sport or music etc. try to get themselves branded as experts in an area where few feel able to debate criticallly without being branded as unfeeling cynics.

Parallels with the latest ‘mindfullness’ fad…dilute the effects of your mind numbing drone like corporate existence by drinking green tea and buying adult colouring books.

I agree every marketing guru is adding mindfulness and morning routine crap to their existing offering.

However mindfulness itself as a practice is no bad thing in a world where you have multiple channels of communication flashing before you from dust to dawn. Getting someone to actually focus on a specific subject for more than 15 minutes these days is a challenge.

Totally agree, and you’re dead on the money about communication overload.
Suppose challenge is to access peace of mind without being forced to buy into the corporate packaged vision. After all Maslow and co. danced to the corporate tune often enough

Simple shit like turning off push notifications on your phone can make a huge difference.

Our hero tweeting recently, happy apparently that some schools are putting his book on their reading lists…

just be yourself

He’s opened up to Hot Press about his battles with anxiety and depression, it’s all in the latest addition according to the ad on the wireless.

In equally thrilling news, he’s also selling his bike according to a tabloid puff piece…

Would people really wanna subscribe to chocolatemice’s world?

I reckon they’d lap it up. Would prefer @Tassotti 's myself to be honest.
