The championship is a bit mad. Brian McDermott got 6 points from his first 2 games with Leeds. If he’d won the next 2 games Leeds would be almost be in the playoffs. As is stands, after losing the 2 of them they’ll probably avoid relegation by a single point.

Palace had a chance to secure their playoff spot but fucked up away to Millwall. What way are the fixtures for the last day… It’s between Forrest, Palace, Bolton and even Leicester if they win and both Bolton and Forrest lose, for the last play off spot.

Forest have it all to do. They must win at home to Leicester who themselves have an outside shot of the playoffs and hope that either Bolton or Palace slip up. Bolton are home to Blackpool who have nothing to play for and Palace are home to Peterboro who are fighting for survival so who know’s. We’re in with a shot anyway, crazy things tend to happen on the last day of the season so it’s all to play for really. If we win our game I’ll be happy enough, it’s in the hands of the Gods after that. For the 2nd automatic spot I’d say Hull must beat Cardiff at home as you would expect Watford will have it handy v Leeds. All games played tomorrow at 12.45

think Forest will beat leicester…I hope Bolton beat Blackpool but they are winning too many home games but just the one goal so could easily get caught against a talented Blackpool side who’ll be have no pressure on them …Dawson is gone back to WBA and he has been one of the reasons for the turnaround in Bolton’s fortunes…he’ll be a massive loss…

Peterborough itself is pretty unremarkable, there is a nice square in it with a big Cathedral but fuck all else aside. One of the man unremarkable towns across the midlands of England
