Npower Championship 2012/13

Good finish, brutal defending mind you. Big lump stuck to Zaha’s back in the box. Made it easy for him really.

That would be Gordon Greer.

some result for Palace…have been woeful the last 2 months or so and losing the top scorer in league the last day and then going to brighton which has been a fortress and winning 2-0… zaha really stepped up to the plate when needed…fair play to holloway too …

They would have been better off playing Germaine Greer.

Holloway

Holloway is one reprehensible cunt.

But boy can he dance.

Fucking hell!!!

Has Gus found out who did the Pooyet?

I know Brighton has a reputation for having lot of poo pushers but this is ridiculous.

Brentford lost 2-1 to Yeovil in the League One play-off final earlier today.

Half-Time at Wembley and its 0-0.

Not much happening. Not much quality.

65’ and we have out first real opening. Great work from Zaha set O’Keefe through but Almunia makes a smart save. And Wilbraham misses a sitter seconds later.

Holloway brings on Kevin Phillips. It’s great to see a manager take a risk and throw on a young fella in such a big game.

Watford all over the place in defence at the moment and really should be 1-0 down. Almunia saved from point blank range a few moments ago but then almost undid his good work when he flapped and missed the resulting corner.

Three-time play-off final loser Kevin Phillips on for Palace.

Great update Sidney, keep them coming.

Christian Batocchio on for Nathaniel Chalobah for Watford. Number 38 replaces number 39.

Neat turn from Owen Garvan to turn and shoot on the volley but he fires it straight at Almunia. Still goalless.

Great bit of work to create the chance. This striker for Palace is shit.

Wilbraham misses again. Zaha brilliant in the set up. It’s baffling why Palace don’t look for Zaha more. He draws three players every time and creates space for everyone else.

Zaha sets up Wilbraham but another crucial save from Almunia.

Garvan appears to have strained himself with that volley and has been substituted.

Palace looking far more likely to score in the remaining six minutes plus stoppage time.

I’m backing Super Kevin Phillips to do the needful here.
