9 days away and i’ve lost all this… Bowel movement is gone to shit after all the eating out while away, sleep too… I haven’t had an un-interrupted night’s sleep since I went on hols and that’s no word of a lie. I’m going to do a massive shop today and stock up for my nuti blasts.

I googled nutribullets this morning. I am worried that I am missing out on a nutritional breakthrough but also terrified that it is just a fad and I would be a mug to fork out 100 bucks for one in place of my handheld blender #confused

Depends mate. Some combinations can be vile enough and should be avoided but common sense will get you through and there are some great recipes on the world wide web.

This morning I had a smoothie of green tea, raspberries, blueberries, carrot, kiwi, and a little ginger. I made this with a handheld blender and fail to see how a nutri bullet would add anything to my breakfasting experience.

Are nutri-bulleters on here then eating nothing til lunch?

It extracts all nutrients and will liquidise near on anything… your blending machine doesn’t extract anything but a lumpy mess that takes ages to mush and then clean and you are probably losing half the nutrients stuck to the blade- The whole idea is to completely turn everything to liquid- The bullet does it in all and at ten times the speed of anything else. I’ve already gone about my day while you are adding more water to your mush to try even it out. The real benefit comes from the fibre that is extracted by this little beauty- no other machine extracts fibre to the level the nutri-bullet does- most other outdated pieces of shit lose up to 90% - Why is fibre good? It aids your digestive track, which gives you energy and keeps you regular- the whole fucking point of juicing. If you want to stay in the dark ages, that is completely up to you mate, and I genuinely wish you well. But don’t be coming in here trying to bring us down to your level just because you are lacking in fibre and proper nutrition.
