i was in the gym for a session at 5 o clock this morning, it was unreal, unbelievable, I was thinking to myself pushing out those last reps on the squats āmac is fucked inside in bed, and I am here training, getting ready, preparedā some buzz, some sense of purpose, no pints this weekend, its a mugs game
I have a gym session over me too bro. Great way to start the day. i kicked all the meds this time last year, cut sugar and heavy carbs and hit the gym like a mad man (well i was a bit mad at he time). I shipped 5 stone since physically and my mental health is so much better. No self loathing, no snipping or begrudging on onwards and upwards.
Its a great place to be.
I am eager to learn more about this bullet. I have 2 stone to go and i am running my first 5k in feurary

Itās inadvisable to do so much exercise without a bullet but go get one today and it might not be too late.
i had an unbelivable bullet just there, absolutely unreal, normally I canāt stand celery in any form, but I put in half a stalk into my spinach, kale, banana, and golden delicious apple bullet along with a good bit of cinnamon and nutmeg, what can I say, my word, there was a real lovely earthy buzz of it, a sort of romantic winters morning feel, its hard to describe, I am on a unreal high, I also bought a lovely jacket aswell this morning, life is wonderful
