I suffered from a savage bad diet for a long time until the nutribullet changed my life around, I cannot emphasize enough what this can do for you, eating crap and bad nutrition can bring you into the depths of despair and maybe even suicide. I was there. All the negatives that the likes of mac suffers from, bad skin, overweight, lack of energy, constipation, depression, inability to father children, panic, anxiety, a lot of it is down to what you eat, I was blind but now I can see, the day I made the decision to go down and buy a nutribullet was the best day of my life upon reflection
my idea of a good weekend untill 3 months ago, was ateing kebabs, pizza, chinese, indians , burgers and God knows what other shit all weekend, and drinking 3 x 20 packs of beer, I also used to eat fish and chips every single day during the week at Lunchtime when i was in Leeds and have at least 4 pints after work every single day, I shudder now thinking about it, my liver must have been under unreal pressure trying to process that shite. Not to mention the drugs.
