Iโ€™ve started running twice a day, 3 miles each time, once at 6:30am and once at 4pm, I also pump weights every night in the gym, this is all thanks to the nutribullet, absolutely unreal what it has done for me

i used a drop of milk there to make a fruit burst, it was absolutely unbelievable

How did you get on today pal? Did you smash any KPIs?

smashed out the park as usual, mine are monthly, so I go right hard the first two weeks of every month to drive them right up, right up good and proper, then I put my feet up every day for the last two weeks of the month, I put in nearly 12 hours today, but that means I will be home at 3 o clock at the latest every day next week, unreal lifestyle, unbelivebale, it means I can explore my interests such as fitness, proper nutrition and cooking
