Your basic problem is that you are utterly incapable of comprehending anything between 2019 normality and full lockdown.

Good news for expats there and those stranded abroad. Some talk that they are hitting a bit of a wall with vaccines, very high % in some areas but low in others & some Maoris hesitant. They have a 90% target which they should still reach.
Have they moved past sanitizing goal posts yet? Looks to be some progress in that photo at least.
