Yes history has shown that Irish people are far better off when they donāt eat potatoes.
Solanine never done nothing to no oneā¦ Go way now. A few spuds are alright.
Good for you pal. And this is linked to Papillon in some way?
take a head of cauliflower. Grate it. Shove it in the microwave for a few minutes. Take a bit of Olive oil and tiny bit of butter and mix it in and make a paste. Use that as your crust, fuck a bit of tomatoe sauce, cheese and whatever you want on top and fuck it in the oven for a few minutes.
We were never obese when we ate nothing but Spuds
Did you finish it? Great book- He was a very skinny man and an example to us all.
I get my carbs from fresh fruit and veg mate. Donāt need no stinking posion laced spuds.
Me no understand you.
Nah, kid.
Try a meatzaā¦ Use some mince as your base, mixed with salsa and/or tamoto paste and usual veggie toppings! Great protein punch.
We were also working 18 hours a day, and not in some office.
Iād consider buying a cook book if terminology like āfuck it in the ovenā was used.

Wheat and potatoes are two of the vilest things to stuffing in your face. Sadly, they traditionally make up a huge part of the Irish diet.
For a non-wheat pizza, try a cauliflower crustā¦ absolutely savage, and easy to make.[/quote]
No pal, potatoes are the business. Packed with good stuff and even better with the skin on. Donāt go frying them or loading them up with butter and cream is all, which one could also say of lettuce or broccoli.
Saw Jamie Oliver doing the same thing with cauliflower recently but using it as a substitute for rice. I never liked cauliflower but itās an interesting idea.
