Obese Ireland

Aye but there is the problem… cheap and quick.

Nothing good ever came from cheap and quick mate. …**

**apart from maybe the prozzie from last Sunday morning

And the health-conscious option for stay-at-work lunchtime which excludes sliced bread, bread rolls and GM corn wraps is… ?

The House Salad.

Savage feed of Turkey breast piece, broccoli florets, roasted peppers, grated carrots, apple, cucumber, toasted walnuts and mixed leaves, drizzled with a reduced calorie French style dressing.

KP, have you ever had the Super Food Salad from the Poopy Seed cafe in Clarinbridge?

Smashing

Yes Phil. Another savage feed. I’d often ramble in there of a saturday after the herding…

On the downside… Some of the clients dont appreciate the smell of cowshit in their vicinity and its hard enough to get parking for the Massey in their carpark too…
So I am queuing for takeway sandwich at lunchtime, the same place does carvery and there is a bit of queue ahead of me. I am reading away on the TFK app and observing a group of women just ahead of me. 2 overweight ladies and a slimmer friend. They are talking about a pending wedding of the thinner lady and complimenting her on how well she looks, one of the larger ladies passes a comment about how she’ll find it hard to get something to wear for the wedding even though she has taken up running of late and has been putting in alot of effort exercise wise.

Thinner lady hits the counter first and gets here Caeser Salad.

Large lady number 1 has a full carvery with a wheelbarrow of spuds and a half a gallon of gravy. Large lady number 2 does the same thing.

You couldn’t make it up.
I used to work with a big boned girl. You’d go out for lunch with her and she’d either have nothing or soup, always saying no I’m on a diet or whatever similar nonsense these types talk. On the way back to work then she’d buy two bars and a can of coke “to keep her going”. Every single day she did this.
Sorry pal.

Lightly to be GM produced if they are from Maize so god knows what effect they’ll have on your gut lining and blood sugars.

Still something will kill us someday!
Cheers KP. No bread at all is tough. Especially if I hit the gym in the morning before work, usually take something like a pitta with eggs in it for after. Bread is handy for food on the go.

Spot on that man.

We all can’t be like @Bandage and be such a dab hand in the kitchen* that he doesn’t require the convenience of bread.

 • That means eating the carvery at lunch time in the 51 and not eating again for the rest of the day.

A take-away salad box similar to what @Kinvara’s Passion described, pal.

Corn is still a grain, so it is evil shit too.

Wheat and potatoes are two of the vilest things to stuffing in your face. Sadly, they traditionally make up a huge part of the Irish diet.

For a non-wheat pizza, try a cauliflower crust… absolutely savage, and easy to make.

Papillon.

Inspirational stuff, i’ll miss it when I finish it.
Dude, I’ve an evening meal before and after training.

Hold your horses there, pal… What’s wrong with a few spuds?

Everything is bad for you.
Just don’t go over board on anything and you’ll be fine.

I’ll bust that fools head in a minute. Potatoes, while a carb, are fine for you if you don’t over do it. Carbs are energy and are needed… You stupid fucking cunt Dalai.

Everything in moderation, including moderation
