What happened there with that throw in that lead to the goal?
[quote=âWatch The Break, post: 682711â]TomĂĄs Mulcahy brings the part of âcondescending wankerâ to a whole new level.

Heâs quite fond of the phrase âthatâs the beauty of hurlingâ. Apparently one of the beauties of hurling is that important decisions have to be taken on the sideline if your team is in trouble.
Offaly looking comfortable enough now. A bit more quality in taking scores the main difference.
Wexfordâs lack of ball winners in the middle third hasnât helped them, they have won very little of their own puck outs today
Wexford havenât had the stomach for a battle at all.
A team could hit twenty aimless balls in a row that lead to nothing, and if the twenty-first one works Mulcahy will immediately declare that this is exactly what they have to do, hit the ball in and donât mind this âelaboratingâ.
Elaborating means passing the ball to one of your own players it seems.
Bullit of a free from Guiney.
Great to hear Mulcahy referring to the first half period there
Weâre always hearing about inconsistent refereeing in football. We rarely hear about it in hurling. Yet the inconsistency in hurling is worse. You regularly see tackles that should be frees allowed. Yet referees are just as likely to penalise nothing incidents. Offaly got at least one phantom free in the first half but a blatant push in the back on a Wexford player in scoring range went unpunished. The incident which led to the free where Guiney hit the bar was a blatant free and the referee got it right. Yet Mulcahy was claiming that it should have been a free out for overcarrying. There arenât really any firm rules, just one manâs interpretation of what âthe manly spirit of hurlingâ should be. In football, referees at least make an effort to apply the rules.
More naive defending again from Wexford, lucky not to concede a goal
Offaly doing a Limerick on it here.
Wexford needed Jacobs to point that
hon wexford to fuck
He will surely go for goal
will he or wont he
Offaly shooting themselves in the foot big style the last ten minutes.
Bergin hands it straight back to them when he could have gone forward into space.
Madness from Offaly.
Why didnât Eanna Martin come and take that free out, the wexford sub that hit it bearly drove it 50 yards
Guiney should have taken his point.
He should in his hole.
Good rally from Wexford. They were out of it until they got the goal though. Theyâve plenty of good hurlers and they played very nice hurling at times, but theyâre way too light for the time being. Youâd expect them to go well in patches but they wonât compete for 70 minutes against any serious side.
He threw it in again there towards the end.
Ollie Baker is a fabulous orator
