Entertaining stuff to be fair .

Missing one of their better players and had a number of dual panelists who had a covid scare from the football in the weeks leading up to this which didnā€™t help preparations.

Clare played alright in the second and third quarters but looked nervy throughout and their support play and use of the ball was miles below Cork. Cork look a fine side with a good bench

Yeah. Real end to end stuff. Canavan is some prospect. Heā€™s after putting on some muscle since he was a minor

Was wondering if it was the same lad good footballer

These water breaks have to be taken out of the game.

Agreed. Thereā€™s a clear pattern there that it definitely affects momentum. The Cork Clare minor game is an example.

Great game thisā€¦ Think dub will sneak it

Dublin well on top but frees keeping tyrone in it

Archer has stood up this half

Laois minor Hurlers with Derek McGrath coaching them get hammered by offaly.

Dublin finished very strong there. Tyrone ran out of steam last 10-15 minutes. Gannon has a nice bit of cut about him at wing back.

Indeed, very impressed

is he Whitehall? and he is dual player?

Kerry were big favs v Galway, dont knon if thatā€™s still the case, few kerry lads out now as well

Yes to both.

Iā€™d say having fluent Irish dramatically improves your chances of a MOTM award on tg4

thanks, thought I heard his name mentioned in hurling circles as well

Kerryā€™s best forward is Donal Oā€™Sullivan from Kilgarvan, he is out with a long term hamstring injury

Kerry senior hurlers were looking for him too for the Joe McDonagh cup

Derek McGrath out

Thereā€™s few certainties in this life, but one that will always be true is a Laois hurling team who have been talked up, falling on their holes.

Wasnā€™t this a highly rated Laois side?

Iā€™d say Derek spoke some scutter to the players after the match. ā€œLife is about experiences, today Iā€™m cognisant you had a negative experience but youā€™ll come out the other side all the better for this heavy defeat.ā€
