Just looking at the spread of clubs on that Tipperary first fifteen. Only 3 players from Dan Breen clubs, 6 from South Tipperary and none from Dan Breen clubs, James Woodlock cast the net far and wide.
Knockavilla with two on it, some potential in that club if theyād have kept them all.

Has been a brilliant minor championship this year. Some terrific hurling with about 5 or 6 teams even enough in standard at the top.
Tipp really do look impressive. Slightly disappointed with Clare but no doubt theyāll have a good 20s team in a few years.
Offaly and Laois have been the real stories of this championship though. Delighted to see both truly compete at the top table. Hope Offaly go on and win it but canāt help but feel a certain grĆ” for this Tipp team too after the games against Clare and Galway.

What is the reason/barrier for Galway not playing in the Leinster minor championship like their under 20s?
It adds a bottleneck to the championship which doesnāt need to be there. An extra three game round robin when it should just be the 4 provincial finalists straight into the semis.

Thatās after 2 years when there has been very little done with development squads and all the usual stuff young lads are put through, I wonder if there is any connection?

The shooting from Derry is absolutely abysmal.
Was impressed with the Galway keeperās kick outs during the Connacht championship but they have been absolutely brutal here. Heās giving Derry a lifeline in a game they were second best in.
He looks like a lad who hates kick outs.
Iāve never seen a team lose over 95% of their own kickouts like this Galway side.
Absolute dogs in defence though.

Meant to say, that tipp galway game was an epic. Tipp played really really well and deserved it. Galway played to their utmost, and should get a nice few seniors. Well done to tipp. Hard won and well deserved. Excellent standard
