Tbf this issue was there before him and work is ongoing underage and at secondary schools but it’s starting from a low base. Knockbeg are strong football wise but the rest are nowhere. CBS look to be making moves and he’s working on it but that’s a pretty horrible scoreline. Still, I don’t agree with minor at U17 and I’m not sure any really do either.

Waterford u20s could easily be 3/3 now 0/3.

Even by Waterford standards they know how to mess up rightly at this grade.

it’s like the opposite of a county player getting handy frees in a club game.

There’s great heart in that team in fairness. Not the most talented U20 we’ll ever have but every fella put in massive effort.

The call on the Waterford sub going through on goal late on was a bad one.

Huge effort in those last 20 minutes. Need to get the balance right with the team a bit. I’d be starting a shooter like O’Sullivan to compliment Walsh, BOF, Biggane, Murphy, FOB etc.

The u18s looked the most comfortable out there tonight, which is good going.

A tough defeat for Waterford. Power was a huge loss.
