From the refereeā€™s angle, he could be forgiven for not seeing the elbow to the head but there is no excuse for the umpires failing to.

You feel Offaly donā€™t need this All Ireland half as much as Cork. Offaly are doing everything right and have a lovely flow to how everything is operating in the county. Theyā€™re a credit to their county board chairman
