Official All Ireland Minor and U20 Hurling & Football Thread (Part 2)

They got 3 or 4 handy ones at the end.

He judged the one before absolutely perfectly but got that one badly badly wrong.

Niall Malone (Clare)

He’ll be the man to get Cashel back to Senior Hurling either this year or next.

Wouldnt rule him out playing Senior for Tipp next year as an U19.

It’s clear that age doesn’t matter if the goods are there.

Even full it’s a dead tbh.

The two freetakers are ruining the flow of the game, McCarthy and Leahy both take about 45-60 seconds over each free.

It’s an issue that needs fixing by the GAA, maybe some type of regulation whereby a forward can’t score a free from his own half or something. The basketball solution would lead to a Shaq type situation.

I’ve no idea what a Shaq type situation means but a quick ‘hurry the fuck up or I’m throwing it in’ from the ref would do the trick equally.

The player fouled takes the free I presume he means.

Turn up the tele in future mate.

Whoever is fouled would take the free.

How Cremin keeps starting is baffling, his hurling is a mile off it .

Wilk and Finn poor for Cork so far. Expected more from both

Like clockwork

Ah right. Wouldn’t go down that route, at junior club level it could lead to chaos.

Galway got pulled v Wexford for delaying a free last year or the year before when leading by a point and Wexford got an equalising score out of it. Never really seen it punished other than that.

Gaelic football is a complete piss take altogether, goalkeepers sauntering up four or five times a game for a free or ‘45 and eating up a minute at a time.

Someone has to pull the shit efforts sure.

Ah what was that for?

I’d say you were chewing the gums off yourself

The ref is riding us
