The black card rule only applies at senior inter-county. The foul by the Tipp no. 9 is the most textbook example of it Iāve seen however.

If people thought there was little expected of the Tipp Seniors this year, then there was even less expected of this bunch. Some credit must go to Cummins and the much-maligned Fintan OāConnor.
OāDonoghue is going to be something else.
Horgan pucking it out over the sideline at the end was the best thing he could have done, and Iām a huge advocate for that kind of shithousery when you are ahead in the end-game.
