Ballsy stuff there from my beloved Laois. Some fucking comeback in the second half of normal and extra time. Shocker from Mick Nolan, but they pulled it out for him and we’ll do it again in Tullamore on Saturday.

Unfortunately we didn’t retain our composure. We’re leading, they’re chasing and our half back line follows them upfield and leaves Brogan one on one. Pretty naive really. We lacked depth in truth. Dublin are probably further away than ever from producing a team capable of challenging in September. I think we might be off to London baby.
In all seriousness, that was an utterly apalling performance by Dublin. The jury isn’t out, these tactics have proven to be a failure. We will be taken apart by the first decent team we meet.
