Slagging Leinster football is no fun anymore. Its a a bit like laughing like a handicapped, you begin to feel guilty soon enough.
Sligo would have walloped any of them playing in Croke Park there today.

I fell asleep in the seond half of the Dublin Wexford match it was that bad. Wexford must be kicking themselves that they failed to turn them over.
Cork and Kerry was a great battle. The Gooch, or The Goose as my auld fella calls him, was superb.
Cooper was indeed a joy to behold today. Not even sure if he scored from play but his display was superb.
I was quite impressed with MBB’s boys in the bit of the match that I saw. I got in just as the Laois goal was scored and certainly from then on they were much the better team and should have won it. I was glad for the goalkeeper Nolan that they got the draw at the end. It would have been terribly unfortunate for them to lose it like that. I haven’t seen much of them this year but judging by results they seem to have made decent progress during the league and they showed really good spirit today. I give them a tentative vote to win the replay. It may not have been the best standard in either match at Croke Park today, but people casually slagging off Leinster football should be aware of just how difficult the conditions were.
Galway and Kerry played a decent enough game in much worse conditions a couple of years ago. Casual slagging me hole btw, over ten years of shite and nothing else out of the province is the problem. Jokeshop at this stage.
Disappointing result down in the Park today. There certainly seems to be a mental block about beating Kerry in that team at the moment. Had a three point lead with a strong breeze and less than 20 minutes left today. Should have finished the job from there. The forward line was again shown up to be second best, though I still reckon they are as good as any other set of forwards in the country bar the ones they were playing today. I think Cork should come through the qualifiers, though you are obviously in trouble if you get a tough away draw. I have zero confidence that they will beat Kerry in August/September if it comes down to it again though.
Re Dublin wexford: All I can say is splendid,…bandage know’s what i mean
cork people are for the most part utter wankers
I’m making allowances for the other teams. Dublin’s performance was inexcusable.
That looked like a free in to Cork at the end.
Yeah, I thought so too on second look, though when I saw it this afternoon I thought he went down a bit easily. The ref seemed to be pointing for a free initially too.
That was some score by Marc O’Se. Don’t think the offload to him had a clear striking action though.
What venue is the Munster Final? I don’t remember Kerry playing Limerick in the championship since 2004 but open to correction, so if that is the case would it be Limerick seeing as the replay in '04 was Killarney?
Galvin once again shows he is some gouger.
Disappointing to see Cadogan trying to bite the finger off Galvin there.
Utter bullshit from O’Rourke.
Tohill is some fucking clown to be fair to him.
Tohill put O’Rourke in his box there over the video evidence issue.
laois were some shite today. how the fook did Ross Munnelly stay on the field for that length of time. he was muck, and there were forwards around him being taken off before him. Meath should have had that game out of sight. Loais were devoid of any tactical football into their forwards, and it was only whne Clancy cam on they realised they could launch it in and see what happens. to be honest tho, Meaths tactics were as bad, especially in the second half. 2 players inside their forward half, and they just horsing the ball out instead of passing it. Brian Farrell must be fair pissed off too. Quigley had a great game in the middle for Laois, and how Ward was left on him for so long I dont know
Wexford already beat Sligo
Still your right, Sligo v Roscommon/leitrim should be an entertaining final all the same
